We are going back in time for this edition of Merry Beermas as we look at two movies that almost obligatorily have to be watched together. I’m talking about Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph. Life got in the way of my making a post yesterday so I thought I would give you two for the price of one! Enjoy!
Put on your yarmulka, it’s the 4th day of Hanukkah! That’s right, I’ve devised a crazy pairing for today involving Hanukkah, Adam Sandler, and alcoholic root beer! What could go wrong?! Let’s find out.
Welcome back to #BrewsdayTuesday! We’re back with part 8 of our #MerryBEERmas movie and beer pairings and for this one we have a very sweet pairing to go with what I consider a great and amusing Christmas movie. We hope you are enjoying this series we are doing and want you to make sure you go check out Bombshells and Brews, a fitness and lifestyle blog run by my fiancee.
We are back with yet another pairing. This time I have chosen one of the better rom-coms in my book and one of the more underrated and underappreciated holiday beers available today. Hope you enjoy!
This evening I have chosen a more enigmatic film for some, but one of my personal favorites to watch. I do not view it as a perfect movie, especially considering the other two in the series, but it is still worth a watch. That’s, right. I am talking about Dark Knight Rises. I have paired this film with a Mountain Standard Double Black IPA because both the movie and beer share a darkness and grittiness that satisfies. Stay tuned for more pairings!
We’re back with another pairing today. I have chosen the Godfather because it is a classic that I think, because of the family implications, is perfect for the Christmas season. To go with it is the Left Hand Milk Stout, which is one of my favorite beers for the holidays. Keep an eye on this blog as we continue our 25 Days of Christmas movie and beer pairings all the way to Christmas Day.
We have a real treat for you today as we look at an interesting combination of film and beer and we find the true meaning of Christmas (Beer? Probably not beer. Ok it’s beer.). We hope you enjoy this and stay tuned tomorrow for another post!
Day 3 of 25 days of #MerryBEERmas! I’ve come up with another beer and movie pairing for today, which includes two classics in both categories. This would be the first true Christmas related movie so far and we think you’ll love this particular pairing! Continue reading
